Working with Han was such a positive experience. We looked at so many homes together, and what really stood out to me was how thoughtful and analytical he was. Han was recommended to us by a family friend during our move to Orange County from Seattle. We had no idea what neighborhoods to look at or even cities. Han spent the time to get to know what was important for Jessie and me. He never pushed or was salesman like! Han honestly was more concerned during our house hunting than we were. Han was actually INCREDIBLE! His knowledge of San Francisco is out of this world. He allowed us to see a bit of everything the city had to offer so we knew to trust his takes. He was honest and truthful about specifics that we never thought to look at. The city is “small” but offers very different environments. Coming from Portland, we used Google for education at first. However, nothing beat Han’s actual knowledge of what seem like every block of the city. He was always available to answer our questions and provide updates, even after 10pm on a Saturday night. When there was an issue, Han quickly handled it so we didn’t have to. I highly HIGHLY recommend working with Han!
